The personal data collected at https://cididconference.com will be processed for the following purposes:
- Conference Registration: Manage your attendance, participation, and issuance of CIDID conference certificates. The legal basis is the processing of the registration form and the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest (promotion of research and teaching).
- Academic Management and Publication: Evaluate, index, and publish scientific papers or proceedings submitted by authors. The legal basis is the explicit consent provided upon submission of the manuscript.
- Event Communications: To send logistical updates and the conference agenda. The legal basis is the organization’s legitimate interest.
The data will be retained for as long as necessary to organize the event and for the subsequent academic publication of its proceedings, and will be stored in accordance with UCM’s records and documentation policies.
3. RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will any international data transfers take place. All information is processed on servers owned by UCM or by providers located within the European Economic Area. The published conference proceedings will be made available to the public for scientific dissemination, subject to the authors’ prior consent.
